Half the price of Melbourne
A Melbourne wedding averages $37,000 AUD for 88 guests. An intimate Bali celebration for the people who truly matter — often half that, honeymoon already built in.
Made for Australian couples · Married in Bali
The celebration of your life — for half the price of a Melbourne wedding. A done-for-you Bali wedding with every detail, and every document, handled for you.
Limited to a handful of couples each dry season — so every wedding stays personal.
The dream & the dread
Bali is the wedding you keep coming back to on the screen — the open-air chapel over the water, the frangipani, the light. And then the questions start. How do we book a villa we've never seen? Who do we trust to deliver? Is it even legal back home? What happens if a vendor we paid simply… doesn't show?
That's the gap most couples never cross. Not because Bali is hard — because doing it yourself, from a laptop, while working full-time is. So you settle for the function centre and the $37,000 invoice, and let the cliffside stay a screensaver.
It doesn't have to. That ocean between you and the wedding you want? Consider it handled.
A Melbourne wedding averages $37,000 AUD for 88 guests. An intimate Bali celebration for the people who truly matter — often half that, honeymoon already built in.
Clifftop villas, water temples, jungle and ocean light. No draping or up-lighting can buy what Bali gives you for free.
Your favourite people, together for days, not hours — and Bali is barely a six-hour flight from home. A holiday everyone already wants to take.
The "To Bali, With Love" Experience
One planner. Both countries. Every detail. You make the choices that matter and savour the rest — the calls, contracts, logistics and time-zone juggling are mine.
We begin with your vision, your guest list and a real budget — built in Australian dollars, so there are no exchange-rate surprises later.
A curated shortlist of places I've walked in person, matched to your style and your numbers. No doom-scrolling Instagram at midnight.
Photographer, florals, catering, celebrant — vetted, trusted, and contracted in your name. The people I'd hire for my own.
The part everyone fears. Your Australian documents and Bali's ceremony pathway, mapped step by step so nothing catches you off guard.
A full mood, palette, florals and tablescape — your love story, told in a room. Classic, modern or a little wild; it stays unmistakably you.
Room blocks, transfers and welcome bags for your forty. They arrive feeling looked-after — because they were.
I'm there in Bali for the week. You're present for your own wedding — not running it from a clipboard.
Bali sits barely two hours behind home and a short flight away — so there are no awkward midnight calls, and I can be on the ground to walk a villa or solve a problem whenever your wedding needs it.
And, with love — three gifts
The exact checklist and document order, so the paperwork is the calmest part.
The night-before that turns a guest list into a wedding party.
A seamless glide from "I do" to "we're off" — no planning required.

Begin Your InquiryThe Sunset Promise
You approve the full plan at the Blueprint stage. If it isn't the wedding you pictured, we refine it together until it is — before a single dollar goes to a vendor. And every vendor is contracted in your name, with deposit protection, so your funds are always accounted for. That's the promise that lets you exhale.
How it works
Tell me your date, your people and your dream. We meet over a call — no pressure, just clarity.
Vision, venue shortlist and a real CAD budget land in your inbox. You approve before anything moves.
I book, contract and coordinate every vendor and document. You make the fun decisions; I carry the rest.
You fly in. I'm already there. You get married, and remember being present for it.

The planner
I'm an Australian-based wedding designer, and I've spent my career on one belief: that the day should feel like you, and the planning shouldn't cost you your sanity. For couples drawn to Bali, that belief matters even more — because everything that makes Bali magical is also what makes it feel just out of reach when you're doing it alone from a laptop.
So I close that distance. Bali is practically a neighbour — a short flight and barely a time zone away — and I'm your planner at home and your advocate on the ground. The one who walks the villas, knows the vendors by name, and speaks fluent paperwork. You get the wedding you keep dreaming about. I get to watch you be fully, beautifully present for it.
Creating a vision that will last a lifetime.
For Australian couples
Most couples — about 80% of all foreign couples in Bali — sign the legal paperwork at home in Australia and hold a symbolic ceremony in Bali, which is simpler and just as romantic. If you'd prefer a legally binding Bali ceremony, there's a defined pathway (documents, CNI, civil registry filing). I map whichever route you choose, step by step, in your Legal Kit.
Bali's dry season (roughly April–October) is the popular window and books 12–18 months out. The sooner we begin, the better the villa and date you'll land — and I take only a limited number of weddings each season to stay hands-on.
Every vendor is vetted and contracted in your name, with deposit protection. Your money is never floating with a stranger overseas — it's accounted for at every step. That's the heart of the Sunset Promise.
An intimate Bali celebration often runs about half the $37,000 a Melbourne wedding costs. My planning investment starts at $4,500 AUD, quoted clearly and billed in Australian dollars — no exchange-rate surprises.
Yes. Bali is a short flight away, and I'm on the ground there for your wedding week managing everything in person — so you can be a guest at your own wedding.
